A man was arrested for driving drunk with several baggies of marijuana edibles in his car Saturday night on the Massachusetts Turnpike in Charlton, State Police said.
Anthony Driscoll, 41, of Monson, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and possession with intent to distribute marijuana, police said in a statement.
A trooper was patrolling I-90 East when he stopped Driscoll in a Honda Accord around 10:12 p.m. for motor vehicle violations, police said.
Police said the trooper searched Driscoll’s car and located several packages of marijuana edibles and paraphernalia. Driscoll was arrested and taken to the Charlton State Police barracks for booking.
He was to be arraigned Tuesday in Dudley District Court.
