Derek Jeter’s farewell tour is coming to an end.

Jeter will retire after a 20-year career with the New York Yankees in which he won five World Series titles and earned 14 All-Star Game selections. Before riding off into the sunset, the longtime Yankees captain will play one more game against the Boston Red Sox on Sunday at Fenway Park.

The Red Sox will honor Jeter before the season finale with a pregame gift ceremony. Red Sox president and CEO Larry Lucchino said earlier this week the one-day celebration will be a low-key tribute to Jeter, who certainly was an integral part of the Boston-New York rivalry.
